How to loss weight in one week?

There are two tricks to lose a little weight in a week easily without making a hunger strike. A pure protein based, the other based dishes for babies. These methods should not be practiced over time, but it can help when you want to lose a few pounds quickly.





1 - Pure Protein

This is a low-calorie diet, but at least you can eat vitamins.
